REFUND POLICY
For as long as your candle has wax in it, we back it up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your CXC Candle Co. product, please reach out to us at hello@cxccandleco.com.

All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your CXC Candle Co. order number, order confirmation email, order confirmation text, etc).

If your order arrived damaged or you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to the CXC Candle Co. in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.

Refunds are only applied to returned products and do not cover original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we cannot pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.
